Chapter Historian

Preserve and promote the history, heritage, and accomplishments of the ASHRAE Regina Chapter and its members.

The Historical Committee and/or Chapter Historian is a mandatory standing committee appointed by the chapter’s President-Elect. The primary role of the Historical Committee is to preserve and promote the history of the ASHRAE Regina Chapter by documenting its people, milestones, programs, and contributions to the HVAC&R industry.

Core Responsibilites:

Maintain the chapter’s historical records and archives.

Record key people, events, milestones, and achievements.

Gather photographs, newsletters, memorabilia, and member stories.

Highlight past presidents, long-serving members, and significant contributions.

Bring chapter history to life through the website, newsletters, events, and anniversary activities.
